NHS Supply Chain has worked extensively with The Association of Healthcare Cleaning Professionals, The NHS Supply Chain Cleaning Taskforce, The Infection Prevention Society and Directors of Infection Prevention and Control, to secure a deep clean product offering. We are pleased to announce that a full range of products is now available.
A Deep Clean Products Matrix has been produced as a guide for all NHS trusts to use and is an attachment at the bottom of this email. It explains the cleaning tasks required as part of the patient environment deep clean and the relevant products that can be offered by NHS Supply Chain. We have significantly enhanced our range of cleaning products and new additions include steam cleaners with specialist accessories, other cleaning hardware and a range of microfibre cloths.

The benefits of steam cleaning technology have been recognised throughout the NHS. As a result, we are pleased to inform you that our new offer includes equipment that has been designed specifically for use in healthcare settings, which significantly enhances the product range available to you.
