Product agreement latest piece of Jigsaw puzzle

A major UK cleaning distribution agreement has been reached between Jigsaw Cleaning Systems and Filmop, the leading Italian-based cleaning equipment supplier.

The agreement will enable Jigsaw Cleaning Systems to become an officially authorised distributor to supply the innovative range of Filmop products in the UK.

 Commenting on the contract, Brian Boll, systems director of Jigsaw Cleaning Systems, said: “This agreement marks a major step in our goal of becoming the preferred supplier of cleaning products to the industry.

 “It expands our range substantially and introduces an improved choice of equipment that is designed with health and safety legislation in mind, particularly important for the healthcare industry. It’s a step forward for us and we are excited to work with Filmop and introduce an expanded set of products to our valued UK clients.”

 Filmop - based in Padova, Italy - was founded in 1971 and specialises in environmentally friendly cleaning products that use innovative recyclable materials while reducing the use of polluting chemical substances.

 The firm has retail branches in France and the U.S.A and exports to over 80 countries around the globe. It has a range of over 200 different products, from dust mop heads to multi-purpose cleaning trolleys.

 Filmop’s latest product is the Alpha cleaning trolley, made from high-impact strength plastic, which offers lockable compartments and is designed as a modular structure to enhance storage efficiency. Compartments are colour coded to reflect UK health and safety chemical legislation.

 Jigsaw Cleaning Systems provides cleaning products to both the public and private sectors. As well as offering products from Filmop, Jigsaw is a UK-wide distributor of products from Wetrok, the cleaning technology specialists.
