Neil Paul

Neil Paul is an experienced senior manager with over 12 years' experience in Facilities Management. He was a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, and qualified as an Accounting Technician in 1984. 

Currently, he works as the Assistant General Manager for Facilities in Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.

 He has previously worked as the Assistant Director of Finance with Cardiff and District Community Healthcare Trust.
