      The ahcp is built to support anyone responsible for cleaning any facility, Schools, Hospitals, Care homes, Dentists, Doctors surgeries etc.

    • How do I become a member?

      You can sign up online with a few simple steps.

    • Can I pay my membership using debit / credit card?

      Yes our on-line payment processing via paypal will allow you to pay by debit or credit card without the use of a paypal account.

    • After completing the form how long will it be before I am notified ?

      You will be notified within 24 hours of registering for your new membership.

    • When can I attend my first branch meeting?

      After completing registration you will be entitled to attend meetings at your selected branch.

    • Can I attend any branch meeting ?

      You are entitled to attend all branch meetings at your registered branch and any other branch by invitation

    • Where do I find information about the branch meetings and events?

      All members receive up to date information as part of a weekly help desk issued by the ahcp, We will also provide the information on relevant branch pages.

    • Can I attend any branch meeting?

      You are entitled to attend all branch meetings at your registered branch and any other branch by invitation.

    • How do I become a branch official?

      Branch officials are voted on an annual basis at the branch AGM, all members are eligible to apply. Job descriptions are available within your members area.

    • How do I qualify to sit on the Council of Management?

      Any member is eligible to be part of Council of Management, Members of COM are voted on an annual basis at the AGM, Job descriptions are available within your members area.

    • Can I advertise via the website?

      Yes, Your logo will be placed on our sponsors area made available to the public & you will also be able to include your direct information and advertise to other members via our members only helpdesk and via your Sponsor Management Area

    • Am I able to contact members directly?

      Yes, Your members area has direct member contact via our direct inbox system.....

    • Can a small business join a local branch without becoming a sponsor?

      Yes, our membership options are designed to work for individuals and companies alike

      National sponsors can attend any branch meeting, Sponsor plus members can attend branch meeting they are registered to.

      Our weekly helpdesk provides you with the opportunity to raise questions to all our members

  • EDUCATION & TRAINING

    • Does the ahcp offer any funding for training & career development?

      Yes the ahcp offers an annual bursary, details are made available within our members area.

    • Does the ahcp have a training programme?

      Not as yet, but we are hoping to develop a training programme in the near future, Please contact your branch ETD with your expression of interest if you wish to be part of a working group. However we currently have a competency log book to support in-house training packages which is City & Guilds accredited available to members.

    • Can I become part of the Education Training & Development Team

      Any member is eligible to be part of the Education Training & Development Team, Members are voted on an annual basis at the AGM, Job descriptions are available within your members area.

    • Is the ahcp in a position to influence the new apprenticeships

      Yes via the national ETD Lead or via your branch ETD Representative.
