Corporate Sponsorship Benefits & Prices

From 2012 there is a single level of AHCP Corporate Sponsor for which all interested companies can apply. Corporate Sponsors wishing to enhance their relationship further with AHCP may purchase extra services which are not available to non-sponsors. In addition Corporate Sponsors are entitled to special discounts off the price of exhibiting and attending the AHCP's annual conference and off the cost of advertising in the AHCP Voice magazine, our quarterly magazine.

Corporate Sponsor Package - £600.00*

A Corporate Sponsor package costs £600.00* for one calendar year (January - December) for one company. It includes the following benefits:

• One national member permitted to attend any branch at any time
• Priority booking over non-members for conference
• Saving of £1,000.00 on conference bookings compared to costs for non-members
• Use of ‘Official Sponsor Of AHCP 20**’ Logo
• Listing on Sponsor Page on Website with link to company website
• Full access to website for one designated company employee
• Weekly helpdesk email
• Listed in membership pack that goes out to all members

Additional Services Available to Corporate Sponsors

The following additional services are exclusively available to Corporate Sponsors wishing to strengthen their support of the AHCP and increase the level and frequency of their contact with AHCP members.

Branches

• Individual branch membership for sponsors: £75.00*, per member per branch. (Non-sponsor supplier membership, costs £250.00* per person per branch) Individuals will have an personal, branch specific, membership number and card.

• Exhibit at study day: Varies per event. (Non-sponsor supplier members to pay double the cost of corporate sponsors)

Website and Helpdesk e-Newsletter (not available to non-sponsors)

• Flyers and special offers to be emailed via helpdesk with link to page on website: £100.00 per item
• Website advertisement size 225x90 px on home page for one calendar month: £100.00
• Website advertisement size 225x150 px on home page for one calendar month: £150.00
• One page case study on AHCP website with logo and link to your website: £250.00 (one-off charge)

AHCP Voice Magazine

• Half page advertisement in one issue of AHCP Voice Magazine: £700.00 (Normal cost £825.00)
• Half page ad in 4 issues of AHCP Voice Magazine: £2,400.00 (Normal cost £2,900.00)
• Full page ad in in one issue of AHCP Voice Magazine: £1,100.00 (Normal cost £1,375.00)
• Full page ad in 4 issues of AHCP Voice Magazine: £3,600.00 (Normal cost £4700.00)
• Full page advertorial in one issue of AHCP Voice Magazine: £740.00 (Normal cost £865.00)
